  • Make a Whole Food Plant Based (WFPB) diet accessible to anyone regardless of their background.
    • The key is helping people get access to a WFPBD they can afford and have time for.

Key Challenges

  • Only a subset of people will discover a WFPBD for themselves and follow through successfully. (Group A)
  • Other people may discover the WFPBD (accidentally) but then not follow through with next steps. (Group B)
  • Other people may discover the WFPBD (accidentally), follow through with next steps but then stop later. (Group C)
  • And other people won’t ever hear or read about the WFPBD and miss a great opportunity to improve their health and lives. (Group D).

Our Mission

  • Provide a central platform and entry point to a WFPBD lifestyle that helps people take first and next steps.
  • Provide people on a WFPBD people a central platform from where they can access the resources they need.
  • Provide a home for the world’s largest whole food plant-based diet community where, in the future, people can help and educate each other by sharing their personal experiences, success stories, recommendations, recipes, etc. with others.

My name is Michael and I live in the beautiful Southwest of the US.

I’m a dad of 3 wonderful kids and a husband of a wonderful wife.

I created this website to help you embark on and experience a whole food plant-based diet and lifestyle journey that will change your life.

Switching to a whole food plant-based diet and lifestyle a while ago has changed my life big time after I had spent the majority of my adult life in the US on a typical Standard American Diet (SAD). Thanks to significant lifestyle changes related to both nutrition and exercise, I went from obese to super fit and from sweating when tying my shoes to running half marathons. A whole food plant-based diet continues to be the foundation of the nutritional well-being of my whole family.
